Paleo Journey Day 17

Two days of exercise in a row...can it be?  I had a late night last night making sure my Cubbies clinched the 6th game of the world series but I set my alarm anyway for a quick walk/jog.  Then I set my back up alarm just in case I was too tired.  I'm not even kidding when I say I woke up at 5:56 a.m. BEFORE my alarm went off.  This used to happen and I'm so excited it's back.  Lilly (my dog) and I only had about 30 min so it was a quick 2 mile walk/jog.  The boys participate at FCA on Wednesday mornings so they get to school and hour early hence my short jog.

Now that my energy is back, I feel better, and have been moving...I'm ready for my scale to do the same!

Food Log:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon bulletproof coffee
Snack: celery
Lunch: Leftover pot roast
Snack: Apple
Dinner will be: chicken thighs and butternut squash

It's my long ministry night...can't wait to get home to watch the end of the 7th game.  Go Cubs Go!
