Our meal plan and shopping for the week was done Sunday morning before an afternoon of work and basketball. I was running on fumes through the weekend. My work schedule has been too packed. To date I have worked the last 13 of 15 days and that's only because yesterday I decided not to work after a doctors appointment. I can definitely feel the tension when I over schedule and as a result I had an OFF weekend of eating paleo. At first I was just letting myself slide on Friday but then the weekend got away from me.
